United States Travel: Pennsylvania

NJ to the World

Well, in every day conversation, I usually don’t have too many good things to say about PA. Maybe it’s because New Jersey needs somewhere to displace the negativity it receives from New York, so the hate flows westward. Or maybe Pennsylvanians just drive way too slow in our state, or just seem a little off in every day conversation (sometimes). I’m kidding, obviously (partially), Pennsylvania’s not all bad, even if I feel like I spend an eternity driving through it. I’ve repeatedly visited Pennsylvania over the years, and I’ve found it to be an enjoyable, if a little odd, state. PA’s got some great woodlands, the famous Gettysburg battlefield and Amish Country (both of which, I’ve been to, to some degree), both Hershey and Dorney Park (also visited in years past), and the Crayola Factory in Easton, PA (a great childhood memory), so it can’t be that bad. Right?
